Cancellation and refund policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

We want joining the Bureau to feel low risk. This policy explains how to cancel and when you can get your money back. It forms part of our terms and conditions. All fees are listed on our pricing page.

How to cancel your membership

You can cancel at any time:

Cancelling stops your next renewal. Your membership, your accredited activities and your directory listing stay active until the end of the year you have already paid for. After that, accreditation lapses: the mark and new certificates can no longer be used, and certificates already issued remain valid.

Memberships

Single event accreditation

We refund the fee in full if you ask within 14 days of paying and have not yet submitted your event for review. Once your submission is under review, the fee is not refundable.

Optional extras

When fees are not refunded

If we cannot deliver

If we ever have to stop providing a service for reasons that are not your fault, we refund the rest of your membership year and any extras we have not yet delivered.

How refunds are paid

Email hello@cpdaccreditationbureau.com with your organisation name and what you would like refunded. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, including any VAT you paid, within 10 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Your legal rights

Our services are for businesses and professionals. If you buy from us as a consumer, you keep all the rights consumer law gives you, and nothing in this policy takes them away.
