About Ashcombe Leadership
Ashcombe Leadership runs live online leadership courses for managers in their first years. Small groups, real practice, delivered on Zoom.
Most managers are promoted because they were good at the job, then left to work out leadership on their own, and one big training day rarely changes that. Ashcombe courses are short, live and built around practice. People bring real situations from their own teams, try the skills in small groups, get feedback and leave with a plan they will use that week.
Sessions are live and never recorded, so people speak openly. Groups are small, so everyone practises in every session.
