About this course
Compliance Management and ISO 37301 is a 10-hour CPD course for people who run, or are building, a compliance function. It uses the ISO 37301 compliance management system standard to show how policy, controls, culture and monitoring fit together into something defensible.
The course runs as four weekly live online sessions of 1.5 hours with a qualified trainer, covering The compliance management system; Obligations, risk and controls; Policy, culture and speak-up; and Monitoring and assurance. Between sessions learners work through worksheets and workplace scenarios, about 50 hours of learning in total, and the course is assessed by a 1,500-word written assignment applied to their own workplace. Learners who pass receive a certificate for 10 CPD hours.
It is designed for compliance officers, MLROs and DPOs building or running a compliance system, quality and governance managers who own controls and audit trails, risk and internal audit staff and heads of function accountable for compliance across more than their own team.
