About this course
Intrapreneurship and Innovation is a 10-hour CPD course on driving new ideas from inside an existing organisation. It covers how to spot opportunities, test them cheaply, build a case and navigate the politics that kill most good ideas before they launch.
The course runs as four weekly live online sessions of 1.5 hours with a qualified trainer, covering Spotting opportunity; Cheap experiments; The business case; and Making it happen. Between sessions learners work through worksheets and workplace scenarios, about 50 hours of learning in total, and the course is assessed by a 1,500-word written assignment applied to their own workplace. Learners who pass receive a certificate for 10 CPD hours.
It is designed for employees who want to drive real change from where they sit, managers building a team that generates and ships ideas, specialists sitting on good ideas that never get past a first conversation and heads of function who want disciplined experiments.
