About this course
Project Management Essentials for Hybrid Delivery is a 10-hour CPD course covering the core project skills every manager needs: scoping, planning, tracking and closing, adapted for teams that deliver across offices, homes and digital tools.
The course runs as four weekly live online sessions of 1.5 hours with a qualified trainer, covering Scope and set up; Plan the work; Track and adapt; and Deliver and close. Between sessions learners work through worksheets and workplace scenarios, about 50 hours of learning in total, and the course is assessed by a 1,500-word written assignment applied to their own workplace. Learners who pass receive a certificate for 10 CPD hours.
It is designed for managers and staff running projects without a project-manager title, team leads coordinating cross-functional work, people moving into a project or delivery role and department heads accountable for work that must land on time and on budget.
