About this course
Sales Skills and Presentation Techniques is a 10-hour CPD course that builds the core skills of selling and presenting. It covers understanding a buyer, running a persuasive conversation, handling objections and delivering a presentation that actually lands.
The course runs as four weekly live online sessions of 1.5 hours with a qualified trainer, covering Understand the buyer; The persuasive conversation; Objections and closing; and Present and pitch. Between sessions learners work through worksheets and workplace scenarios, about 50 hours of learning in total, and the course is assessed by a 1,500-word written assignment applied to their own workplace. Learners who pass receive a certificate for 10 CPD hours.
It is designed for salespeople and account managers, founders and owner-managers who still sell their own work, technical experts who need to present more convincingly and consultants and advisers whose income depends on presenting ideas.
