This course gives property managers, operations and facilities managers, and supervisors the operating skills to run property work safely: writing risk assessments that hold up, checking that contractors are competent, controlling higher-risk work with permits and method statements, reporting incidents correctly under RIDDOR, keeping statutory checks on schedule, and managing fire safety as the agent.
