About this course
Performance Management and KPIs is a 10-hour CPD course on managing people by results. It covers setting meaningful objectives and KPIs, running honest performance conversations and handling underperformance fairly, in a world where presence no longer equals productivity.
The course runs as four weekly live online sessions of 1.5 hours with a qualified trainer, covering Objectives and KPIs; Output over presence; The performance conversation; and Underperformance. Between sessions learners work through worksheets and workplace scenarios, about 50 hours of learning in total, and the course is assessed by a 1,500-word written assignment applied to their own workplace. Learners who pass receive a certificate for 10 CPD hours.
It is designed for managers responsible for team and individual performance, HR staff running appraisal and objective-setting, department heads setting KPIs that drive the right behaviour and owner-managers who want to manage what people deliver.
