About this course
Culture is shaped by everyday decisions: who gets heard, how work is shared and how people are treated when things go wrong. This course turns big words into practical actions. You learn to read engagement data, spot exclusion, design wellbeing support that people use and build a simple culture plan for your organisation.
The four sessions cover culture you can see, inclusion in everyday work, wellbeing that works and your culture plan. Learners receive an engagement survey reading guide, an inclusive practices checklist and a culture action plan template, and a certificate for 10 CPD hours.
It is designed for HR generalists and business partners, inclusion, engagement and wellbeing leads, people managers who shape team culture and small HR teams starting a culture plan.
