About this course
Most HR people already use AI at work, but very few have been shown how to use it well for HR tasks or where the risks sit. This four-week course is hands-on from the first session. You practise prompting on real HR work, check outputs for bias and accuracy, learn what personal data must never go into a tool, and finish by drafting an AI use policy for your own organisation. No coding and no prior experience needed.
The four sessions cover AI at work, plainly, everyday HR tasks, fair, safe and lawful and your AI use policy. Learners receive a prompt library for 30 common HR tasks, a checklist for reviewing AI output and an editable AI use policy template, and a certificate for 10 CPD hours.
It is designed for HR generalists, advisers and coordinators, recruiters and talent acquisition teams, l&D and people operations specialists and HR leads asked to set rules for AI use.
