About this course
Burnout does not happen overnight. It builds slowly from workload, pressure and too little recovery. This live online course helps people spot it early in themselves and others, and gives them practical tools to protect their energy and set healthy boundaries.
The six modules cover stress, pressure and burnout; the six common workplace causes of burnout; a private burnout self-check; workload, boundaries and saying no well; rest, recovery and switching off; and team habits, ending with a personal recovery plan.
It suits employees at every level, teams going through busy periods and managers who want to protect their teams. The self-check is private to each learner and is never collected or reported.
