About this course
Most managers want to help when someone on their team is struggling, but worry about saying the wrong thing. This live online course gives them a clear, practical way to notice, ask, listen and signpost, so people get support early and managers feel confident doing it.
The course runs in six modules: mental health at work, facts and myths; spotting the early signs; the supportive check-in conversation, practised in pairs; boundaries, confidentiality and signposting; adjustments and returning to work; and psychological safety, ending with a personal action plan.
It is designed for line managers and team leaders at every level, newly promoted managers, HR business partners and anyone who supervises other people. Learners receive a digital workbook, a personal action plan template and a certificate.
