The Trusted Advisor Track

Leaders want HR people who understand the business, ask better questions and bring options, not just policies. This track builds exactly that. Over six weeks you learn to read the numbers your leaders care about, run a consulting conversation from first request to agreed plan, and influence decisions with evidence. Each week is one live session on Zoom with a small cohort, a short task to try with a real stakeholder, and a practice partner from the group. You finish with a 90-day partnering plan for your own part of the business.

The six sessions cover thinking like the business, mapping your stakeholders, the consulting conversation, from data to recommendation, influence without authority and your 90-day partnering plan. Learners receive a partnering toolkit: stakeholder map, contracting canvas, business case template, a practice partner from your cohort, weekly tasks to try with a real stakeholder and a personal 90-day partnering plan, and a certificate for 15 CPD hours.

It is designed for HR generalists stepping into a business partner role, HR business partners who want to be more strategic, people managers and HR leads in growing companies and HR teams moving to a business partner model.
