This course shows you how to start from a business problem, find out what people actually need, design learning that builds skills through practice and check whether it worked. You design a real learning programme over five weeks and get feedback at every stage.
The five sessions cover from problem to need, designing for practice, choosing the format, learning back at work and did it work?. Learners receive a needs analysis toolkit, a learning design canvas and an evaluation plan template, and a certificate for 12.5 CPD hours.
