About this course
The EU Pay Transparency Directive changes how organisations set, share and report pay. Even without it, people expect pay to be fair and explainable. This course helps you build simple pay structures, job levels and ranges, check for unfair gaps and communicate pay with confidence. You leave with a readiness checklist and a plan for your organisation.
The four sessions cover fair pay foundations, job levels and ranges, gaps and fixes and talking about pay. Learners receive a job levelling framework, a pay range builder spreadsheet and an EU pay transparency readiness checklist, and a certificate for 10 CPD hours.
It is designed for reward and compensation specialists, HR managers responsible for pay, HR business partners who handle pay questions and finance and HR teams preparing for pay transparency.
