About this course
Most HR teams lose hours every week to the same questions, forms and reminders. This course shows you how to spot that work, choose what is safe to automate and build simple workflows and AI assistants using tools your organisation already has. You finish with a mapped process, a working prototype and a short business case for your manager.
The four sessions cover where the time goes, simple automation, AI assistants for HR and safe, fair and approved. Learners receive a process mapping template, an automation risk checklist and a business case template, and a certificate for 10 CPD hours.
