· 5 min read · The CPD Accreditation Bureau

In short

  • Auren Institute has been awarded CPD accreditation for 69 courses: 51 self-paced eLearning courses and 18 live online awards.
  • Together they carry 271 accredited CPD hours across compliance, data protection, HR and employment law, property, health and safety, leadership and personal development.
  • Every course was assessed against all eight criteria of our Accreditation Standard.
  • Every certificate learners receive can be checked on our Verify page in seconds.

The CPD Accreditation Bureau is pleased to announce that Auren Institute has been awarded CPD accreditation for 69 of its courses. Its full range of self-paced compliance eLearning and its live online awards have met every criterion of our Accreditation Standard, and every one of them now carries the Bureau mark.

It is one of the largest single programmes we have accredited. Regulation keeps changing, from the EU AI Act and pay transparency to new employment and property laws in the UK, and organisations need training that keeps up. Just as importantly, they need to be able to show that the training is sound. Accreditation gives them that proof.

69 courses, 271 accredited CPD hours

Auren Institute's accredited programme comes in two parts, so organisations can choose the depth that suits each team.

51 self-paced eLearning courses (91 CPD hours)

Short, focused courses that people complete online in their own time, each ending with an online assessment. Many topics come in three levels: Foundation (1 CPD hour), Intermediate (2 CPD hours) and Advanced (3 CPD hours), so a whole organisation can train at the right level, from new starters to senior managers. Topics include:

18 live online awards (180 CPD hours)

Deeper programmes delivered in weekly live online sessions, with around 50 hours of total learning including a 1,500-word workplace assignment. Each award carries 10 CPD hours. They include:

What the assessment looked at

Every activity we accredit is assessed against the same eight published criteria. For Auren Institute, our assessor reviewed each course against all of them:

  • Clear learning outcomes. Specific, observable outcomes for every course, matched to its level.
  • Accurate, current content. Up to date with the laws and standards each course covers, including the 2025 and 2026 reforms, and explained in plain language.
  • Suitable delivery. Self-paced eLearning that works on any device, and live online sessions with discussion and practice.
  • Evidence of learning. An online assessment at the end of every eLearning course, and a written workplace assignment for every award.
  • Competent course authors and trainers. Content written and delivered by people with real experience in the subject.
  • Honest CPD hours. Hours set by level and based on learning time only.
  • Learner support. Clear routes for questions, feedback and concerns.
  • Truthful marketing. Clear, accurate course descriptions, with the level, CPD hours and price shown for every course.

The three-level design stood out. It lets an organisation give everyone the essentials while managers and specialists go further, all with hours that reflect the real depth of learning.

Why this matters for employers

For compliance, HR and operations teams, accreditation answers three questions before they are asked. Has someone independent checked the content? Are the hours genuine? Can we prove our people completed it? With Auren Institute's accredited courses, the answer to all three is yes. That matters most when a regulator, auditor or client asks to see the evidence.

It also matters to the learners themselves. Many HR, compliance, property and other professionals must log CPD hours every year, and accredited hours with a verifiable certificate are the simplest kind to prove. Our guide Who Needs CPD Hours? explains the requirements in more detail.
